At SHINE Academies we believe that understanding ourselves and each other is key to building strong, collaborative teams and a positive working culture. That’s why we use Insights Discovery – a personality profiling tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung – as part of our induction and staff development process. Insights uses a simple and memorable colour model to help you understand your working style, communication preferences, and how you relate to others. Each person is a unique mix of four colour energies:
Fiery Red – Energetic, results-focused, and action-oriented
Sunshine Yellow – Sociable, optimistic, and enthusiastic
Earth Green – Supportive, empathetic, and values-driven
Cool Blue – Analytical, detail-focused, and thoughtful
By discovering your unique colour energy mix, you’ll gain valuable insight into how you work best and how to collaborate more effectively with colleagues across the Trust.
What to Expect:

You’ll be invited to complete a short online Insights Personality Quiz

Your results will generate a personalised profile, which is completely confidential to you

You’ll then be invited to a half day Insights Workshop, where you’ll explore your profile and learn how to use this knowledge in your daily working relationships.
