This academic year is an exciting one for SHINE, with the launch of our first ever staff awards. The theme of our awards this year is Courage, a value that resonates deeply with the dedication and resilience shown by our teams across all our schools and teams. With 153 nominations received, the competition was strong, and every nominee deserves recognition for their hard work and commitment.
In early November, all nominated staff received a special purple envelope, a symbol of appreciation and encouragement. This was just the beginning of a journey that led to the announcement of the shortlisted candidates, carefully selected by our judges. In the weeks leading up to Christmas, a new shortlist was shared daily with all staff, building excitement and anticipation for the awards ceremony.
The ceremony will take place at our Trust Day on 5th January 2026, where we will honor the winners who have shown exceptional courage in their roles. Below, you can meet the shortlisted staff who have inspired us all.
